Most beginner guides tell you to "start a blog" or "build an audience". That takes months. This guide is different. It is designed for the first seven days — the period where most beginners either take action or give up.
Every day has one task. Each task takes 30–60 minutes. By day seven you will have your first affiliate setup live, your first piece of AI-generated content posted, and a system you can repeat every week. No experience required. No money required to start.
Who this is for
You are a complete beginner. You have heard about making money online with AI but you do not know where to start. You have tried things before and they did not work. You have limited time — maybe two hours a day at most. This guide is built for you.
The free AI tools you will use
Every tool below has a genuinely free tier that is enough for this guide. You do not need to pay for anything in the first seven days.
The 7-day plan
Day 1 — Monday
Choose your product and get your affiliate link
Today you are picking one product to promote and getting your unique affiliate tracking link. Do not skip this step — it is the foundation of everything else.
- Create a free ClickBank account at clickbank.com (takes 10 minutes)
- Search the ClickBank marketplace for "AI tools" or "make money online" — sort by gravity (popularity)
- Pick one product with gravity above 20. Do not overthink it. You can change later.
- Click "Promote" and copy your unique hoplink. Save it somewhere — a notes app is fine.
- Read the product's sales page. Understand what it promises and who it is for.
Time: 30–45 minutes. Outcome: You have a product and a link that pays you when someone buys.
Day 2 — Tuesday
Set up your landing page and email opt-in
You will never put your affiliate hoplink directly in a social media bio. Platforms suppress and ban affiliate tracking links. Instead, you send traffic to a landing page you control, collect the visitor's email address, and promote inside the email sequence. This is how professional affiliate marketers operate.
- Create a free Systeme.io account
- Build a one-page landing page. Offer a free lead magnet (a checklist or a 3-day email course works fine)
- Connect your email opt-in form to an automated sequence
- Add 3–5 emails to the sequence. Email 1: deliver the lead magnet. Emails 2–5: value + soft mention of the product you are promoting.
- Add your affiliate hoplink to emails 3 and 5 only. Not every email — that feels spammy.
Time: 60–90 minutes. Outcome: You have a funnel. Traffic → your page → email list → commissions over time.
Day 3 — Wednesday
Create your first AI-written TikTok script
Today you use Claude (free tier) to write your first short-form video script. You are not going on camera to sell. You are sharing something useful — a tip, a tool, a how-to — and the link in your bio does the selling for you.
- Open Claude at claude.ai. Use this prompt (copy it exactly):
Copy this prompt into Claude
Write a 90-word TikTok script for beginners who want to make money online with AI. No income claims. No guarantees. Open with a hook that creates curiosity in the first 10 words. Include one specific free AI tool. End with "get the full guide — link in bio." Sentence case throughout. No contractions.
- Read the script out loud. Edit anything that sounds unnatural.
- Check: does it mention a specific dollar amount or guarantee? If yes, remove it — this violates EU advertising rules and TikTok policy.
- Save the script to a notes app or text file. You will film it tomorrow.
Time: 30 minutes. Outcome: One 90-word script ready to film.
Day 4 — Thursday
Film and post your first video
Today you film, edit, and post. Do not wait until it feels perfect. The algorithm rewards consistency over production quality at this stage.
- Download Instagram Edits from the App Store or Google Play
- Set up your TikTok profile: display name, bio (max 80 characters), link in bio → your Systeme.io landing page URL
- Film in portrait mode (9:16). Good light, clean background. Read from your script in segments if needed — you do not need to memorise it.
- Edit in Instagram Edits: add auto-captions (review them — AI makes errors), keep total length 45–75 seconds
- Export at full quality. Post to TikTok. Caption: paste your hook + "link in bio" + #ad + 3–5 hashtags
- Cross-post to Instagram Reels within 30 minutes (use the original export, not the TikTok download)
Time: 60 minutes. Outcome: Your first video is live. You are no longer a beginner who has never posted.
Day 5 — Friday
Set up Pinterest and post your first pin
Pinterest is the most underused free traffic source for affiliate marketers. Pins have a long shelf life — a pin posted today can send traffic for 12 months. TikTok content disappears in days. Pinterest content compounds.
- Create a Pinterest business account (free)
- Create one board: "[Your Niche] tips for beginners" — example: "AI tools for beginners"
- Use Canva AI (free) to create one tall image (1000×1500px). Text overlay: your hook from day 3.
- Post the pin. Description: 150–200 words. Use keyword-rich language (Pinterest is a search engine). End with: "Get the free guide — link in bio." Include #ad near the end.
- Add your Systeme.io landing page URL as the pin link (not the hoplink directly)
Time: 45 minutes. Outcome: First Pinterest pin live. Long-tail traffic source activated.
Day 6 — Saturday
Write your second script and schedule week 2
Today is a systems day. You are not just creating one more piece of content — you are building the habit that makes this work over time.
- Use the same Claude prompt from day 3 but change the topic. Ask Claude: "What are 5 angles I could use for TikTok videos about [your niche] that are not about income claims?" — pick the best one.
- Write a second 90-word script using that angle
- Look at your TikTok analytics from day 4's video. What was the hook retention at 3 seconds? What was the view count? No pressure — you are learning baselines.
- Schedule next week: pick 4 days (Tuesday–Friday). Write the posting times in your calendar. This is your content week.
Time: 45 minutes. Outcome: Week 2 is planned before week 1 is over. This is how consistent creators operate.
Day 7 — Sunday
Review, measure, and improve
The first week is done. Today you measure what happened and decide what to change. Most beginners skip this step — do not be most beginners.
- Check TikTok analytics: views / likes / profile visits / link clicks
- Check Systeme.io: how many opt-ins did your landing page get?
- Check ClickBank dashboard: any clicks on your hoplink from the email sequence?
- Write 3 sentences in a notes app: what worked / what did not / what you will do differently next week
- Identify your best-performing hook. Use that hook style again in week 2.
Time: 30 minutes. Outcome: You have data. Data beats guesswork every time.
What happens after day 7
Most beginners stop after the first week because they did not see results fast enough. This is normal — and expected. Affiliate marketing with free traffic is a compounding game. The first month is planting seeds. The results come in month two, three, and beyond as your content library grows and your email list fills up.
Here is what the first 30 days typically look like for a beginner who follows this system:
Realistic 30-day expectations
Week 1–2: Learning the tools, posting first videos, getting first few hundred views, near-zero sales (normal).
Week 3: Content starts to find its audience. Profile visits increase. Email list begins to grow.
Week 4: First ClickBank clicks from your email sequence. Possibly first sale. At minimum: you have a system that is running and improving.
Important: realistic expectations
The results above are not guaranteed and are not typical for all users. Many people follow this system and see no sales in the first month. Affiliate marketing requires consistent effort over time. This guide teaches a skill and a system — not a guaranteed income. Results depend on your niche, content quality, consistency, and market conditions.
EU compliance note — read this
If you are based in the EU (which includes Cyprus, where Break Free is based), you must follow these rules every time you create content that includes an affiliate link:
- Disclose every time. Every video caption, blog post, and email that contains or leads to an affiliate link must include a clear disclosure. "#ad" or "#affiliate" at the end of the caption is the minimum. Do not hide it.
- No income claims. You cannot say or imply that viewers will earn a specific amount of money. Phrases like "make €500/month", "guaranteed results", "passive income guaranteed", or "replace your salary" are illegal under EU Directive 2005/29/EC.
- Honest descriptions. You can describe what the product does. You cannot add claims the product does not make.
- GDPR for email. Your Systeme.io opt-in form must have a GDPR-compliant checkbox before storing anyone's email address. This is non-negotiable.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to show my face on camera?
No. Many successful affiliate creators use faceless video — screen recordings, B-roll footage, or text-on-screen formats. The Break Free content system is built around faceless video by default.
Can I do this if I do not live in the EU?
Yes. The EU compliance rules apply to anyone based in the EU, but the affiliate strategy itself works in any country. If you are outside the EU, you should still follow your local advertising disclosure rules.
What if my first video gets zero views?
Post the next one. Every creator has videos that get no views. The algorithm needs at least 5–10 posts to understand your content before it starts distributing it. Consistency in the first 30 days matters more than individual video performance.
How long does it take to make the first sale?
There is no honest answer to this. Some people make a sale in week two. Most beginners see their first commission in months two or three after building a consistent posting habit and growing their email list. Anyone who gives you a specific timeline is making a claim they cannot guarantee.
Can I promote a product other than the one on this site?
Yes. The system works with any ClickBank, Digistore24, or other affiliate network product. Pick a product you have reviewed and believe is genuinely useful to your audience.
