This page explains what information Break Free (the "Site", operated by Michalvi) collects when you visit breakfree.pro, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@breakfree.pro.
1. Who we are
Break Free is operated by Michalvi, a sole-proprietor business based in Cyprus. The data controller for the purposes of GDPR is Michalis Phytides. You can reach us at hello@breakfree.pro.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Email address when you sign up for our free guides, newsletter, or any opt-in form on the Site.
- Name if you choose to provide it on a form.
- Payment and delivery details if you buy a digital product. These are collected and processed entirely by our payment processor (Gumroad). We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data (pages visited, time on page, referring URL, approximate location, device and browser type) via Google Analytics 4.
- Cookies and similar technologies as described in section 6 below.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you the free guides, email courses, and product updates you opted into.
- Deliver digital products you purchased and provide customer support.
- Measure how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract — to deliver products you purchased.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Site secure and understand how it is used in aggregate.
- Legal obligation — to keep records required by tax law.
5. Third-party services we use
The Site uses the following processors, each with their own privacy policy:

6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — to remember your form submissions and basic site preferences.
- Analytics — Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings at any time.
7. How long we keep your data
Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe (a one-click link is in every email). Customer records: 7 years, as required by tax law. Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics, then automatically deleted.
8. Your rights
If you live in the EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@breakfree.pro and we'll respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 16 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
